The Staff Analyst will support the Administrative Services Division of the Applications and Tenancy Administration (ATAD) in advancing key priorities related to public housing admissions and tenancy processes.

This role provides analytical, operational, and management support to ensure effective service delivery, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of projects including but not limited to vacancy management, the certified wait list, trend analysis of performance metrics, and identification of areas for business improvement.
  • Create and revise department reports and oversee reporting requirements for the department, including submission of routine weekly and ad hoc reports. Use reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI to visualize key performance metrics.
  • Coordinate project implementation with key stakeholders, community members, and staff.
  • Assist in tracking, researching and answering Departmental Inquiries from applicants and tenants and departments such as intergovernmental, law, foil, executive office, management and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and conduct additional analysis and other planning materials, as needed.
  • Participate in the evaluation of methods, procedures, and data obtained from various sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
