In furtherance of this mission, the BXDA seeks experienced and enthusiastic Data Content Analyst I. The Information Technology Unit is seeking a Data Content Analyst I who, under supervision, will perform time-sensitive case-tracking functions.
Job Responsibilities: Specific duties will include but are not limited to the following:
-Set up and maintain case records of court adjournments and dispositions in case-tracking application systems.
- Provide case-related inquiry support to internal and external users related to status, court dates, and attorney details.
- Perform analytical research to evaluate daily external feeds to identify issues or discrepancies; prepare reports, modify, or coordinate fixes and system problem resolutions to verify system health and integrity to ensure data quality.
- Provide first-level (Level 1) system support by performing diagnostic tests and employing troubleshooting tactics to resolve, coordinate or escalate raised issues in a timely manner.
- Administer user access control for internal applications, telecommunications system, and coordinate access requests for external applications (including coordination and escalation).
- Participate in data and system testing related to any system rollouts, including any enhancement or new applications (ex. BXDA, ECMS, CPR, NICE etc.). - Provide other related case access/tracking support functions as required.
Preferred Qualifications: An Associate’s degree preferred or a High School diploma/GED and a minimum of two (2) years working experience in a law firm, governmental agency, civic or community organization.
