The NYC Department of Design and Construction, Division of Public Buildings seeks an Architect.
The selected candidate will serve as a special assistant and coordinator for the Architecture Unit, and
assist with
development and maintenance of guidelines, tracking tools, onboarding tools etc. to enhance consistency of unit workflow and work product; the development and maintenance of internal and external presentation tools and outreach materials; the research, development and implementation of technical standards, frameworks, toolkits, and other best practices to foster consistency and incorporate emerging best practices, learning, and innovation; and other high-level professional assistance as needed.
The Architect may also assist in project scoping, scheduling, design review tasks resolving project issues, site visits, and reports.
Please note: All candidates must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States (U.S.).
